Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery if they are returned in new, uninstalled condition, and in original packaging. However, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
If an item is returned that shows obvious signs of damage by the customer, there will be no replacement or refund issued and the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Defective items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery if they are returned in new, unistalled condition, and in original packaging. Items returned due to a defect will not be assessed the 15% restocking fee. All refunds for defective items will be made only after the manufacturer has determined that the item is defective and was not damaged by the customer. After 14 days customers must contact the manufacturer directly to return defective items.
Cores must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a refund.
Custom order items are not returnable.
Shipping will not be refunded on returned items. |

We currently do not ship outside the United States. Listed shipping charges apply only to the contiguous United States, additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact the customer before processing the order.
All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Some items may drop ship directly from the manufacturer. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Reckart Performance Tuning, LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Please call or email for expedited shipping options and costs.
Any attempted delivery of an order that is refused by the customer will result in a 15% restocking fee and there will be no refund of shipping charges. |

The customer assumes all liability and responsibility for how performance parts purchased from Reckart Performance Tuning, LLC are used and installed. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure any parts installed on their vehicles will not void the manufacturer’s warranty or violate any local emissions regulations and laws. Reckart Performance Tuning, LLC will not be held liable for any voided automotive warranties, violations of emissions regulations and laws, or any damages to any part of the engine, vehicle, or otherwise caused by a part (or the part’s installation) purchased from Reckart Performance Tuning, LLC. Reckart Performance Tuning, LLC does not provide any type of warranty for any products purchased from our site. Products may however, have a manufacturers warranty. Please check with the manufacturer to confirm any warranties for their products before purchasing the item from Reckart Performance Tuning, LLC. |
